so this post is kinda for eli.
i want this bike. bad.
but right now, i cant really afford it, even though it is only 550 bucks.
so this past weekend i took a good 25ft sport fall and fell into the edge of a roof, mashing up my right leg. it hurts to walk and stairs are really hard. but hopefully it will get better soon.

so is it better to buy a fixie? or to make one?
well, its more pure to build your own, especially when you know people to bug about it, but if you're looking for a quick fix the bianchi or any of the ones brian mentioned are decent.
I think the new Raleigh is uglier than the Fuji.
hmm.... i like the bianchi the best, the raleigh second. and i dont know what the IRO is...
damn hard decisions to be made.
